
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Trevor is Métis and the Founder and CEO of Loud Voice Society. He holds an Associate of Arts Degree with an emphasis in Sociology and is currently completing his Bachelor of Social Work.
Trevor is the recipient of the Best Abstract Award from the Canadian Association of Social Work Educators, a nationally recognized honour awarded for the design of a five-phase full continuum of care model addressing substance use, housing instability, and systemic barriers to recovery.
His leadership integrates lived experience in recovery with academic training in social work and sociology, grounding Loud Voice Society’s programming in ethical practice, accountability, and systems-informed approaches to community-based recovery support.

Community Cultural Program Coordinator
Felicity is Métis and serves as our Community Cultural Program Coordinator. She facilitates structured programming and supports participants with community resource navigation, employment preparation, and stability planning.
Felicity is completing her Human Services Diploma and will be entering her Bachelor of Social Work degree program next fall. She is a two-time recipient of the Out of the Ashes Day One Society Bursary Award in recognition of her academic commitment and lived experience related to substance use and recovery.
Her work centers culturally grounded practice, relational accountability, and practical skill development within supportive recovery environments.

Recovery Support Specialist
Jon is a Recovery Support Specialist with BC Mental Health Peer Support training and lived experience within the recovery community.
He provides structured mentorship and accountability-based support grounded in practical recovery principles and community responsibility.

Recovery Support Worker
Ryan is a Recovery Support Worker with BC Mental Health Peer Support training and lived experience in the recovery community. He also serves as a LifeRing facilitator, supporting participants in accessing community-based recovery networks, and is an Alumni Graduate of Loud Voice Society.
Ryan’s role centers consistency, mentorship, and strengthening pathways toward sustained recovery.
